Practical information before your cleaning
To make your experience with us as pleasant and smooth as possible, please read the following information.
What will we bring with us?
On weekdays, we bring cleaning products and standard equipment with us. Only for Standard Home Cleaning in homes up to 70 m², we kindly ask you to provide your own vacuum cleaner and mop.
Would you prefer your favourite housekeeper?
For customers who use our services regularly, at least once every 14 days, we make sure that whenever possible they are visited by the same housekeepers they are used to.
What about Saturday cleaning?
For Saturday cleaning, our housekeepers arrive without a manager accompanying them. They bring cleaning products and cloths, so we kindly ask you to provide your own cleaning equipment.
How can you pay?
In the booking system, you can pay online or choose cash payment. If you pay in cash, please have the full amount ready on the day of the cleaning.
What are the travel conditions?
Travel within Brno and up to 5 km around the city is free. For locations 5–10 km from Brno, the surcharge is 500 CZK. For distances over 10 km, the travel fee is determined individually. Any surcharge will be shown in the booking system according to the selected cleaning location.
Do we clean your business premises?
Please enter your billing details in the booking form. After the service, we will be happy to issue you a tax document.
